What type of events do you cover?

I am experienced in photographing a wide range of school events from concerts, to theatre productions, to World Book Day. If you are not sure what type of events you would like covered then I would be happy to discuss this with you.

Will we own the copyright for the images?

Yes, the images taken are the sole property of your school. This means that you are free to use the images how you wish, for example on social media, on your website, or for prospectuses or newsletters.

Once you have confirmed that you have successfully received your photo selection, I remove all images from my computer, ensuring that you hold the only copy.

How quickly will we get our photos?

After an event I will provide you with a selection of photos within 24 hours.

How will you provide the photos to us?

I commonly use google drives and wetransfer. I would be happy to work with you to find the best solution for your school.

How often will you shoot for us?

It’s completely up to you how frequently I cover your school events, from once a term to once a week. You simply choose the events you would like photographed and then provide me with a timetable. I will then confirm which dates I am available for. I recommend doing this at the start of each term so that you are able to plan ahead.

Are you DBS checked?

Yes. I undergo an annual enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check and would be happy to provide you with a copy of this.

Will you be employed by the school?

No. I will be a freelance contractor and will submit a monthly invoice.

How much do you charge?

I charge by the hour based on the length of the event, this fee also takes into account the time I spend editing the photos.

1 hour event  -  £60

2 hour event  -  £120

3 hour event  -  £180

4 hour event  -  £240

5 hour event  -  £300
